Technical Support Engineer
Уровень зп -готовы обсуждать+соц пакет+плюшки + медицинское страхование + релокационный пакет ( для кандидатов с переездом).
Requirements :
- Upper- intermediate English, both verbal and written
- Experience on a similar position (application support in a software development company)- 3+ years
- Skill with demonstrated Windows desktop OS troubleshooting skills and MS Outlook knowledge
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with application logs investigation and interpretation
Would be a plus:
- IT education or technical
- Cloud services support experience
- Understanding of CRM / ERP / Business applications
- Experience in technical documents writing (in English)
- Basic XML knowledge
Responsibility
- Providing the 2nd line of technical support for the company’s software products
- Direct collaboration with the company’s technology partners and customers from the US and EU
- Documentation of support tickets in the company’s knowledge base
